Lakeville Police announce Community Information Exchange Service 

The Lakeville Police would like to announce a new service available to residents called nixle.  Nixle is a community information exchange program which will allow the Police Department to exchange important information with residents via text messages and email alerts.  Standard text message rates will apply.  This service allows the Police Deparmtent to give information to residents almost immediately as it happens, such as a lost child, fugitives at large, or a rash of break ins.  In order to receive this service, residents must register at www.nixle.com.  You will have the option on what type of information you would like to receive and how you would like to be contacted.  If you have any questions or would like more information, please contact Lt.
